Site Visit & Reallocation Allowance Programs: Site Visit Program; Relocation Program

Mud Creek Medical Clinic, in New Minas, is seeking a part-time physician to join the team in this collaborative practice. There are currently five physicians, two family practice nurses, a social worker (one day/week) and an OTP Clinical Outreach Worker once/week along with an in-house full-service retail pharmacy located in the building. The electronic medical record (EMR) is Med Access with Pomelo for online bookings, appointment reminders as well as confidential messaging. Some minor procedures are performed on-site, while more significant procedures can be performed at nearby Valley Regional Hospital, Western Kings Memorial Health Centre or Eastern Kings Community Health Centre.
