This is an amazing opportunity for an individual with a strong background in cloud infrastructure, with a particular focus on AWS and Microsoft technologies. You\'ll be responsible for the health, security, compliance, and performance of our systems, leveraging automation and a proactive approach to maintain a reliable and scalable environment.Key ResponsibilitiesInfrastructure Management: Administer and maintain our Windows Server and Linux environments. Manage containerized applications and services using Docker.Cloud Operations & Automation: Utilize a strong understanding of AWS services to manage and provision resources. Implement and maintain Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform. Develop and manage CI/CD pipelines with Jenkins to automate deployments and workflows.Security & Compliance: Ensure our systems adhere to security standards and compliance frameworks such as ISO 27001 and PCI DSS. Participate in security operations, including investigating alerts and contributing to incident response.Incident Management: Actively participate in the incident management process, including identification, logging, prioritization, diagnosis, and resolution of incidents to restore normal service operations as quickly as possible.Monitoring & Performance: Monitor the performance of our .NET Core applications and SQL Server databases using APM tools like New Relic, Datadog, and SQL Monitor. Proactively identify and resolve performance bottlenecks.Scripting: Write and maintain automation scripts using PowerShell or Python to streamline system administration tasks and improve operational efficiency.Domain & Email Administration: Manage and configure domain settings, including DNS records.
