Position: Vice President, Finance & Chief Financial Officer

Position Type: Full-time, Permanent, Management [Internal/External]

Location: Reporting directly to the President and CEO, the Vice President, Finance and Chief Financial Officer (CFO) will oversee the financial and risk management functions within APS. As a member of the executive team, you will participate in the development and execution of APS’s strategic plan. The CFO is accountable for the development of a financial strategy and supporting metrics, the ongoing development and monitoring of control systems designed to preserve assets, reporting accurate financial results, and ensuring compliance with all governing authorities. Partner with the CEO and executive team to set financial and strategic objectives, acting as a financial advisor on planning, budgeting, and cash flow management. li>

Risk Management and Compliance: Oversee internal control programs to ensure reliable risk identification and management at APS, ensuring compliance with business plans, procedures, acts, and regulations. Lead and oversee the budgeting process, managing all accounting operations, including payables, receivables, and pension payroll. Collaborate with business leaders to set long-term financial goals and ensure the budget aligns with these objectives.
