You embody Canadian Warmth, demonstrating expertise in every recommendation and conveying warmth in each interaction, bringing the guest journey to life. You consistently develop authentic relationships, always demonstrating a passion for the customer. You drive sales by achieving revenue targets, help build brand loyalty, and collaborate with your team to ensure a seamless customer journey. Ultimately, you model compelling selling behaviours, execute with operational excellence, and are a steward of Canada Goose’s values and culture.What You'll DoDeliver a superior customer service journey reflective of Canadian Warmth.Able to advise customers needs though expert product knowledge.Demonstrate selling behaviours that drive Conversion and Units per Transaction (UPT) by actively introducing new, underperforming, and strategic categories.Create and foster lasting client relationships and customer loyalty through consistent engagement around upcoming product launches and brand events.Engage and inspire assigned clients by facilitating personal shopping appointments.Achieve or exceed personal sales goals and other key performance targets that drive store results.Contribute to a positive and productive store environment through teamwork and collaboration.Actively seek feedback to improve performance and foster growth.Excellent execution of all operating standards.Accurate and efficient use of register systems and store tools in compliance to Canada Goose standards.Let's Talk About YouMinimum of 2 years retail experience, preferably in a customer focused environment.Proven track record of successful sales experience.Experience working with luxury lifestyle brands is an asset.High-volume traffic experience is an asset.Ability to stand for long periods of time and flexible to work retail hours (standard, peak and holiday).Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Self-motivated, able to work independently and know when to seek guidance.Basic skills in Microsoft Office; specifically, Word and Excel are an asset.Proficiency in another language is an asset.What’s in it For You?A company built on Canadian roots and heritageYour work is recognized with a comprehensive and competitive Total Rewards ProgramOpportunities for career growth through numerous internal and external programsRecognize and be recognized by your peers with our Goose Rewards & ICON RewardsBe a part of CG Gives.
