Responsibilities

As the VP of Sales for Canada you will be responsible for leading the charge in the Canadian market. br/>
  1. Leading the sales efforts in the Ontario region. This is an individual contributor role but is likely to transition into a leadership role which could see you building out a team beneath you over time.
  2. The sales cycle will typically be 6 - 18 months and usually conclude in or around winter, when most end users will be looking to use the LED lighting technology for winter-growing.
  3. Sales are conducted in person and virtually. strong>

    1. 5+ years of experience selling to greenhouses in the Ontario area.
    2. Knowledgeable in horticulture or related fields (irrigation, climate control, greenhouse building). It will also be very important to be able to sell within a local community.
    3. Strong relationship-building skills, ability to map decision-makers, and understand organizational behaviour.
