  1. Develop and implement the technical roadmap for AI Agent, Embodied AI, and Reasoning enhanced Large Language Models.
  2. Conduct research and analysis on the latest developments and best practices in AI.
  3. Identify new and upcoming research areas by interacting with external and internal experts and bring insights to the company.
  4. Effectively manage and allocate research budget and resources.
  5. Publish, present, and contribute as a thought leader in the relative fields.

Requirements:

  1. PhD degree in computer science or related fields with a focus on decision making and reasoning, or equivalent practical experience.
  2. Deep understanding of fundamentals and state-of-the-art techniques in foundation models for decision making and reasoning.
  3. A track record of translating ideas into research prototypes quickly.
  4. Working or collaboration experience at/with industry research labs or technology companies is an asset.
  5. Experience in building large-scale machine learning solutions for decision making, planning, reasoning, robotics, or multi-agent systems is an asset.
