To support this goal, the North Zone Addictions and Mental Health department has an exciting opportunity for an Administrative Support III with the Peace River Mental Health and Addiction (Child/Youth and Adult). As an Administrative Support you will be a member of an inter‑disciplinary team and contribute to the delivery of community based AMH services. The primary focus of the role is being the first point of contact for clients requesting services and professionals requesting information or consultation, in addition to maintaining the schedules for clinical staff within the office and data entry into various AHS approved information systems. Additionally the position is responsible for reception duties, maintains wait lists for appointments, file creation and maintenance, including filing and archiving; maintenance of print and other resources, photocopying, verifies and follows up on inventory and equipment requests (e.g., supply order) and office organization. Completes timekeeping/payroll data entry and follows up on discrepancies. Generates reports, prepares information, creates documents and correspondence (e.g., client letters). Follows up to obtain outstanding documents, reports or information for files. Organizes, validates and inputs data in information systems.
