Bilingual Financial Customer Service Specialist

Responsibilities: Contact customers promptly to arrange lease end payments and follow up to ensure payment agreements are met. Mediate disputes between customers and dealerships to achieve mutually beneficial solutions and maintain brand loyalty. Respond to customer inquiries, provide necessary documentation, and complete accounts payable requests. Collaborate with peers and management to propose enhancements that improve customer loyalty within acceptable risk and legal constraints. Use analytical and negotiation skills to resolve high-risk accounts in a timely manner. Requirements: Advanced spoken and written
French
(both will be assessed). Bachelor’s degree preferred, with focus in Business Administration, Computer/Information Science, Economics, or Finance. 2 years of Remarketing experience preferred. Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and Word. Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
