Job Type: Permanent, Hybrid.

Location: Mississauga, ON.


Responsibilities:

  • Contact customers promptly to arrange lease end payments and follow up to ensure payment agreements are met.
  • Mediate disputes between customers and dealerships to achieve mutually beneficial solutions and maintain brand loyalty.
  • Respond to customer inquiries, provide necessary documentation, and complete accounts payable requests.
  • Collaborate with peers and management to propose enhancements that improve customer loyalty within acceptable risk and legal constraints.
  • Use analytical and negotiation skills to resolve high-risk accounts in a timely manner.

Requirements:

  • Advanced spoken and written French (both will be assessed).
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred, with focus in Business Administration, Computer/Information Science, Economics, or Finance.
  • 2 years of Remarketing experience preferred.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and Word.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
