In this role, you will be the customer-facing subject matter expert responsible for understanding customer needs and buying criteria, developing marketing and sales enablement assets and tools, and supporting prospect education and lead generation/nurture programs.You will collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Product Management, Customer Success and others, balancing priorities with strong diplomatic skills.This role focuses on our Advanced Insights analytics solution with our Core EHR and supports launch of new AI solutions.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop product positioning, value propositions and messaging that resonate with the buying audience and create the source messaging blueprint or positioning guide.Lead product introduction/launch planning including development and measurement of KPIs.Collaborate with marketing peers to drive development of content including sales decks, solution sheets, customer references, thought leadership and campaign assets.Support product launches by defining positioning, unique sales propositions, and creating required tools and collateral.Assist in product naming by providing market, competitive and customer context.Create a competitive comparison guide for positioning against similar offerings from other organizations.Sales enablement — communicate the value proposition and develop sales tools that support the selling process.Market intelligence / customer insight — be the expert on customers, buying criteria, and regulatory considerations, with focus on different segment demands.Align with product management to facilitate information flow between teams.Develop and continually enhance expertise of PointClickCare’s products and services to convey use case scenarios.Educate internal sales and marketing teams on product strengths and enhancements for current and prospective customers.Build consensus and collaborate across groups to get things done.Act as SME supporting complex sales inquiries, customer-facing product education and roadmap updates.Coordinate with marketing programs, brand management, and digital marketing to ensure product themes are communicated to the market.Develop, enhance, and own distribution of public-facing product launch materials.Collaborate with the sales team in complex sales situations, delivering clear value propositions and tools for sales.Publicly convey product and market strengths via blogs, presentations and webinars.Provide guidance to marketing on program and event themes, ensuring content is available for customers/prospects.Partner with Sales Enablement to lead sales training on new products/capabilities, with regular updates on enhancements.Work with customers to develop case studies, references, and testimonials.Maintain a polished, proactive attitude and the ability to adapt to fast-paced environments.Required Skills & ExperienceBachelor’s degree; advanced degree in business or marketing or equivalent experience desirable.4-6 years of product marketing experience.Experience with Product Management and/or Product Marketing principles (e.g., Pragmatic Marketing or SiriusDecisions Product Marketing); certification is a plus.Experience with B2B SaaS healthcare technology.Experience with advanced analytics and/or AI product solutions preferred.AI fluency and/or use of M365 Copilot.Industry experience in the segment is a definite asset.Strong written and verbal communications skills for collateral, web copy, and presentations to diverse audiences.Knowledge of marketing principles and practices.Excellent time management, interpersonal, communication, decision making, and organization skills.A roll-up-the-sleeves attitude and self-starting orientation with the drive to make things happen.$95,000 - $103,000 a yearAt PointClickCare, base salary is one component of our total rewards package. The Canada base salary range for this position is $95,000 - $103,000.Benefits include bonus, health benefits, and other perks.
