FSB GROUP LTD. is currently seeking a

RIBO Licensed, Commercial Lines, Insurance Customer Service Representatives . If you are passionate about delivering exceptional service, a team player and thrive in a fast-paced environment, you would be a fit for our team.

Responsibilities : · Providing exceptional day to day customer service to our clients · Processing policy changes · Maintain professional relationships with Insurers and Underwriters · Assist and provide support to Producers as required · Process call backs, submissions and mail in a timely manner · Flexible to perform various assigned tasks · Promotes company features and benefits as part of an ongoing portfolio review · Cross-sell a variety of products at every opportunity · Promotes client loyalty through attention to detail and relationship building · Remains current on all company philosophies and procedures · Accepts risks within established guidelines

Qualifications : · Currently holds a RIBO license in good standing · Min. 1-2 years experience as a licensed broker in Commercial Lines · Has worked in an insurance brokerage · Experience with Power Broker (an asset) · Has the ability to communicate effectively with clients, both verbally and in writing · Has excellent interpersonal, organizational and time management skills · Can function effectively in a fast-paced, multi-faceted environment · Maintains a positive attitude and is a team player · Has strong analytical and decision-making abilities · Demonstrates the ability to adapt to change · Are proficient in BMS and Microsoft
