Wearelookingforindividualsthatwouldliketojoinafastpaced,professional,growingenvironment.Youwilloverseeandfacilitatethesupplychainoperationsofourcompany.YouwillbetheonetocompletepricingandgrowourcarriernetworkwithinourLogisticsdivisiontoachievetheeffectivedistributionofgoods.Thegoalistoensurethesmoothoperationsofavarietyofchannelsaimingformaximumefficiency. Responsibilities of Pricing Analyst: Negotiatefreightrateswithcarriersfordomesticandcross-borderTLandLTL,rail,road,air. Workcloselywithleadersandbusinessdevelopmentdepartmentstodevelopcompliantcost/pricestrategiesandproposals Createcustomerproposals MaintainprofessionalcommunicationwithDirectorthroughouttheRFQprocessoncoststrategiesandtoensurebestpricingispresentedineachproposal Researchandtrackcompetitorpricingandmarkettrends Maintainandimproveexistingpricingprocessandcosts Respondquicklytospotquotes UploadingratesandmaintenanceofrateprogramsinTMSsoftware Beavailableafterhourstoassistwithresolvingpricingissues Growandmaintainexistingandnewcarrierorcustomerrelationships Preformworkwithasenseofurgencyandattentiontodetail Hours: 8:30am–5:00pm(MON-FRI) Qualifications: Minimum2yearslogisticsexperienceinthetransportationindustry Experienceincrossboardershipping,full-truckloadaswellasless-than-truckload Strongattentiontodetails Largenetworkandexcellentknowledgeofcrossborderanddomesticcarriers Abilitytomanagetimeeffectivelyandmultitask Effectiveteamworkskills Abilitytoeffectivelyhandlemultipleconflictingpriorities Strongcommunication,customerserviceandcomputerskills Abilitytobuildrapportwithbothcarriersandcustomers MUST be proficient in Excel If you are interested in being considered as a candidate for this position, please submit your resume. #J-18808-Ljbffr
