ServiceNow Application Developer will be primarily responsible for configuration, administration, development, and design of ServiceNow applications and modules, maintenance and support of the platform, and providing exceptional service quality. The ServiceNow Application Developer will work with Senior Developers to configure and support the ServiceNow Application based on customer requirements and enhancements.

Responsibilities:

  1. Perform day-to-day support and maintenance of the ServiceNow platform and associated applications.
  2. Build and configure ServiceNow modules or applications.
  3. Must have experience with ServiceNow ITSM modules e.g. Incident, Problem, Change, Service Catalog, Workflow, Integrations.
  4. Configure and develop workflows and application user interfaces (UIs) as well as customize ServiceNow applications.
  5. Configure and implement ServiceNow scripts in the form of business rules, client scripts, UI actions, and UI policies.
  6. Write and develop complex transform scripts to import data into the ServiceNow Database.
  7. Experience with configuration of various application components like access controls, import sets, reporting, UI Pages, UI Macros, UI Scripts, Widgets, Dashboards, Email Configurations, System Properties, Service Catalog, Record Producers, Script Includes, Data Policies.
  8. Hands-on experience with Service Portal and customization of portals.
  9. Configuration experience of Discovery and Orchestration.
  10. Follow internal change management processes to deploy update sets.

Required Skills:

  1. 3 Years ServiceNow experience required.
  2. Knowledge in ServiceNow scripting and Web Technologies (JavaScript, XML, HTML, AJAX, CSS, etc.).
  3. Experience in AngularJS and Twitter Bootstrap preferred.
  4. Experience with ServiceNow integrations using REST / SOAP.
  5. Understanding of the software development lifecycle process.
  6. Ability to guide the Development team on complex development projects.
  7. Ability to communicate solutions to IT Leadership.
  8. ServiceNow Certified System Administrator.
  9. ITIL v2011 Foundation Certification.

  2. ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist Certification.
  3. Advance ITIL Certifications.
