Full-time day positions are available for experienced assemblers in our truck body division.Final Assembly Technician Responsibilities Include:Read blueprints and drawings and take or read measurements to plan layout and proceduresDetermine the appropriate tooling based on job requirementsAssemble truck bodies and parts post paint (install locks, hardware, lighting)Mount truck body to truck chassisWiring for 12-volt electrical systemsInstallation of hydraulic systems (PTO's, pumps, compressors)Test and inspect assembled product(s) to discover flawsMaintain equipment in a condition that does not compromise safetyJob Requirements:Proven experienceExperience using a variety of hand toolsExperience in using electrical or manual tools (drills, tape measure, screwdrivers, sockets)Knowledge of 12-volt electrical systemsKnowledge of hydraulic systems (PTO's, pumps, compressors)Operate air-powered hand tools (screw guns, ratchets, drills, etc.)Ability to read and interpret technical documents and drawingsKnowledge of relative safety standards and willingness to use protective clothing (face shield, gloves, etc.)Deftness and attention to detailProficient in EnglishMechanically inclinedEducation:Certificate or courses in Automotive Technician/Mechanic a plusBenefit Package Includes:HealthDentalPrescription drugsLong-term disabilityPaid vacation daysOpportunities:OvertimeContinuous Education/TrainingJob growthJob Type:Full-timePay Rate:Pending experienceSchedule:8-hour shiftDay shiftMonday to Friday #J-18808-Ljbffr
