The Role As a Fraud and Risk Analyst II, you will build and manage cutting‑edge cybersecurity solutions, providing real‑time risk intelligence and fraud prevention tools to our clients. You will collaborate with product teams, client stakeholders, and internal risk management to enhance detection capabilities and drive risk mitigation. Key Responsibilities Liaise with clients to identify and solve real‑time risk challenges. Pilot analytics and new detection tools for business stakeholders across enterprise organizations. Recommend product enhancements that complement external risk toolkits. Deepen relationships with customer fraud, risk, and payment teams as a subject matter expert in geolocation and abnormal behavioral detection. Attend client meetings and represent GeoComply at conferences and industry events. Analyze user analytics reports and dashboards to identify threat patterns and provide actionable insights. Advocate for the customer voice in internal product development. Create rule recommendations or product solutions for anti‑fraud and AML/CFT risks. Monitor transactions, identify, record, and report suspicious activity. Support the Risk Management Team on all related matters. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures. Who You Are 2‑5 years of experience in a similar role. Demonstrated integrity, discretion, and confidentiality in handling sensitive information. Analytical, detail‑oriented, and highly organized. Excellent organizational and time‑management skills. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Proficiency in MS Office, Adobe Pro, and G Suite. Familiarity with Kibana, Jira, Confluence, and Atlassian tools is an asset. Relevant experience or degree is desirable.
