Main Responsibilities:
  1. Responsible for global operational strategy and execution across a variety of T&S lines of business from basic labeling work to complex category 1 content moderation.
  2. Accountable for achievement and alignment of core operational KPIs across diverse projects and countries/cultures.
  3. Responsible for alignment of diverse operational teams at site level with global operational frameworks, standards and processes.
  4. Managing internal and external governance including complex business reviews with senior client partners.
  5. Alignment of local operations with other global functions (WFM, wellbeing, QTP, compliance) to ensure a single, aligned approach to best meet clients' requirements.
  6. Identifying and driving continuous improvement and innovation to improve service, save cost and drive perception.
  7. Accountable for meeting operational budgets, optimizing margin and revenue whilst maintaining compliance with operational aspects of the contract.
  8. Supporting business growth opportunities (RFPs) and launching of new programs and sites in line with global standards.
  9. Frequent visits to sites within the network to align with local leadership teams, host client meetings and support audit processes.
Competencies & Professional Background:
  1. Educational Background: Degree or higher.
  2. Operational Experience: 5+ years of operational experience in a complex, multi-site global client environment.
  3. T&S Experience: 2+ years of T&S experience, including exposure to Category 1 content.
  4. Financial Management: Experience in financial management and operational budgeting (revenue, margin analysis).
  5. Data Analysis: Ability to analyze and draw insights from complex and diverse data sets.
  6. Language Skills: C1 or native English proficiency.
  7. Presentation Skills: Proficient in simplifying and delivering complex operational insights to engage audiences.
  8. Communication: Excellent communicator with multicultural experience.
  9. Negotiation Skills: Ability to empathize with multiple stakeholders and create win/win scenarios.
  10. Stakeholder Influence: Capable of influencing internal and external stakeholders to gain backing for new initiatives.
  11. Agility and Growth Mindset: Consistently looking for ways to improve business and outcomes.
  12. Mentorship: Experience in mentoring junior operational leaders to develop future leaders.
Travel Requirements:

Willingness to travel frequently to various sites.
