Arts & Science is proud of its legacy of innovation and discovery that has shaped our understanding of the world.Your opportunity:The Office of the Faculty Registrar collaborates with departments and colleges at the University of Toronto on matters related to Arts and Science students. Our team is committed to supporting students to ensure a smooth university experience. Responsibilities include coordinating counselling, registration, student records, transfer credits, petitions, exams, and graduation processes.Under the supervision of the Associate Director, Relationship Management and Events, the Recruitment Officer – Relationship and Event Management will plan and execute events, update online content, and manage the Faculty’s CRM system to meet undergraduate recruitment and enrollment goals. This role involves close interaction with 29 departments, seven colleges, and external stakeholders such as high schools, counselors, students, and parents.Your responsibilities will include:Building and maintaining external contacts to support recruitment strategies. Executing CRM campaigns to market the Faculty, including managing online chats, email templates, and registration pages for recruitment and applicant events.Analyzing data to identify schools for visits, ensuring data quality, segmenting email lists, and generating detailed activity reports.Delivering recruitment presentations at schools, fairs, and campus events, representing the Faculty and University to prospective students and parents.Promoting programs at recruitment events, including planning and executing activities at major fairs and virtual events like livestreams and chats.Creating content for marketing materials, updating the Future Students and Newly-Admitted Students sections on the website, and participating in recruitment communication strategies.Advising prospective students, parents, and guidance counselors on admissions criteria and processes, providing options and guidance.Staying informed on university policies and procedures.Essential Qualifications:Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.At least 4 years of recent experience in undergraduate student recruitment and/or admissions within a large post-secondary institution.Experience with data collection, reporting, and online communication strategies.Proven event planning experience in a university setting.Experience counseling prospective students and parents.Experience developing and presenting content to diverse audiences.Experience with content management systems and CRM databases; HTML and CSS skills are a plus.Excellent communication and presentation skills.Strong project management and problem-solving abilities.Proficiency with Word, Excel, PowerPoint, ROSI, and HTML.Ability to analyze statistical data and organize tasks effectively.Assets (Nonessential):Knowledge of University of Toronto policies and procedures.Experience with email template editors.Personal Attributes:Approachable, articulate, courteous, organized, positive, and a team player.Please note:This is a term position until February 2026.Closing Date: 08/05/2025, 11:59PM ETEmployee Group: USWAppointment Type: Budget - TermSchedule: Full-TimePay Scale: USW Pay Band 12 -- $81,312 to $103,986 annually, subject to job evaluation and pay policies.Job Category: Student ServicesLived Experience Statement:Candidates from Indigenous, Black, racialized, 2SLGBTQ+ communities, persons with disabilities, and other equity groups are encouraged to apply.
