We have a permanent role of Delivery Manager with one of our clients which is a global consulting firm. This position is based in London offering hybrid working (2-3 days in office per week).

Role Details
  1. 12+ years of industry experience in managing enterprise-grade projects of an IT contract especially with ERP/JDE, DOTNET, MS Full stack Technologies etc.
  2. Strong customer relationship skills
  3. Involve in Execution Governance of all projects getting executed in location
  4. Accountable for Delivery of the Streams owned and delivered independently
  5. First level of Escalation for Delivery
  6. Collaborate and work with Onsite/Offshore Program Managers/other location Delivery Managers (Peers)
  7. Be a backup to the Offshore Program Managers in the assigned Stream
  8. Own the P&L for the Location. Track project budget, progress, and fulfillment of project milestones.
  9. Track and Improve Gross Margin for the track owned
  10. Own the project from inception to delivery.
  11. Help customer and Solution Architects scope the project and plan deliveries, and drive POCs
  12. Schedule and assign resources for project tasks together with other program/project managers.
  13. Identify risks and issues throughout the project, monitor service delivery, and initiate strategies and plans to ensure the delivery of high-quality services.
