Join to apply for the Energy Research Scientist role at DataAnnotation.We are seeking a physics expert to join our team to train AI models. Your responsibilities will include measuring AI chatbots' progress, evaluating their logic, and solving problems to enhance each model's quality.Qualifications include a strong understanding of physics—either a completed or in-progress Masters/PhD is preferred but not mandatory. Related fields include, but are not limited to: Astrophysics, Biophysics, Electrical Engineering, Nuclear Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Mathematics.This is a full-time or part-time REMOTE position. You can choose projects to work on and set your own schedule. Projects are paid hourly starting at $40+ per hour, with bonuses for high-quality and high-volume work.Responsibilities:Provide AI chatbots with diverse and complex physics problems and evaluate their outputs.Assess the quality of AI model outputs for correctness and performance.Qualifications:Fluency in English (native or bilingual level).Detail-oriented.Proficient in mathematics, reasoning, and physical/temporal/spatial understanding.A current, in-progress, or completed Masters and/or PhD is preferred but not required.Note: Payments are made via PayPal, and we will never ask for money.
