Job Summary:
As a member of the Corporate Communications team, the Corporate Communications Advisor, Talent Brand supports the promotion of Ledcor’s employer brand and employment opportunities to the external market. In this role you will provide ongoing coordination with Ledcor’s recruitment team and support Talent marketing efforts through social media and targeted advertising.
Develops content for various social media and digital advertising platforms.Analyzes performance metrics and produces reports.Monitors engagement with Ledcor content and responds to inquiries.Coordinates all Ledcor social media recruitment content, including content creation, scheduling, posting, monitoring, and interaction/engagement with external applicants.Supports with content creation for digital and print advertising: including newspaper, magazine and radio ads; and website and social media ads.Provides support to the employer brand by helping to create and maintain digital and print templated materials, including signage, advertising, and conference and event materials.Provides support to recruitment team for website content updates.Generates reports and analyzes recruitment communications data to determine effectiveness of social media and marketing tactics.Supports additional Corporate Communications priorities including building Ledcor’s brand, and showcasing Ledcor’s people and culture.Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing or Business Administration.
- 2 to 4 years of experience in a similar role, developing and supporting external corporate communications or marketing.
- Strong communication and listening skills to deliver messages in a clear and compelling manner.
- Excellent attention to detail, with a high level of precision of data and accuracy in any deliverables.
- Flexible with the ability to adapt to the changing needs of the organization.
