• Calculate and prepare cheques for payroll • Calculate fixed assets and depreciation • Keep financial records and establish, maintain and balance various accounts using manual and computerized bookkeeping systems • Maintain general ledgers and financial statements • Post journal entries • Prepare other statistical, financial and accounting reports • Prepare tax returns • Prepare trial balance of books • Reconcile accounts • Experience and specialization
Requirements
• Languages: English • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate • Experience: 5 years or more • Computer and technology knowledge: Accounting software, MS Excel, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint, MS Word • Area of specialization: Accounting • Additional information: Security and safety - Criminal record check • Work conditions and physical capabilities: Attention to detail, Tight deadlines • Personal suitability: Dependability, Reliability, Team player
