Job DescriptionJob Title: Sr. Python Developer (Pyspark)Position Type: ContractLocation: Mississauga, ONPay Rate: $45-$50 per hour (CAD)Job ID#: JR1030902Responsibilities and QualificationsAt least 10 years of experience in Python developmentMust have hands-on experience in Python and PySparkExperience in Python testing and code analysis tools like Pytest and PylintAt least 5 years of full-time development experience using PythonAt least 5 years working with T-SQL, XML and enterprise schedulersProficient understanding of algorithms, data structures, architectural design patterns and best practicesExtensive experience in software development and the entire SDLCSolid understanding of a variety of programming tools and development platformsExcellent organizational and leadership abilitiesHighly analytical mindset, with an ability to see both the big picture and the detailsExperience in creating high-level product specifications and design documentsProven collaboration and influencing skillsExperience in writing Python applications with frameworks like Django, Flask, Pyramid, or TornadoIntegration experience (ETL, ELT) with PythonFamiliarity with SSIS would be helpfulGeneral development expertise, use of version control, ticketing, and continuous integration systemsExperience in an Agile Development environmentExperience in consuming APIs (e.g., REST)About UsFounded in 2009, IntelliPro is a global leader in talent acquisition and HR solutions.
