Your Responsibilities:

  • Lead the execution of the student program end to end; ensuring a branded employee experience that cultivates student relationships.
  • Implement end-to-end hiring processes to ensure a positive candidate experience.
  • Organize and facilitate on-campus recruitment events to attract potential candidates.
  • Coordinate, develop and maintain relationships with University and College department heads, alumni, and staff and provide interface with all candidates.
  • Execute our student and manager program delivering outstanding experience at all touchpoints, manager communications, onboarding, performance evaluation, offboarding process, etc.
  • Responsible for continuous process improvements based on best-in-class practices; how we recruit to how we onboard students.
  • Develop and provide input into the design of processes, tools, and programs.

Your Skills:

  • Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent presentation skills and comfortable speaking to groups.
  • Experience in full-cycle recruiting, using various interview techniques and evaluation methods.
  • Proficiency in documenting processes and keeping up with industry trends.
  • Knowledge of applicant tracking systems.

Your Experience:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a talent acquisition or similar role.
  • Post-secondary education in a related field (business, administration, human resources, or marketing preferred).
