*Sales Rep - Bombardier Recreational Products* We are the Maritimes' John Deere Dealership with 15 locations to serve you.

We are looking for a skilled, dedicated person to fill the position of Sales Representative - Bombardier Recreational Products at our Grand Falls, NB location. --*Purpose:* Selling new and used agricultural equipment to new and existing customers. Sells new as well as previously enjoyed BRP (Powersport) products to new and existing customers. --*Responsibilities:** Represents the company for the sale of products to customers in a defined sales area * Understands the importance of a CRM program and utilizes it effectively to deliver an outstanding customer experience * Deliver an effective sales process from start to finish * Work in a dynamic, fun and fast paced environment * Maintains current product knowledge on features and benefits of all equipment potentially salable by the dealership * Monitors competitive activity/products and timely communicates to management, accordingly * Maintains all customer information in assigned territory for sales management * Knows and follows a defined sales process * Assists with the preparation and execution of customer events * Conducts new equipment field demonstrations * Monitors trends in customer's business activities and timely communicates to management via our CRM * Maintains current knowledge of financing options to assist customers with securing the purchase of new and used goods * Attends applicable sales training events/seminars --*Requirements:** Equipment sales experience strongly preferred * Knowledge of BRP (Bombardier Recreational) equipment an asset * Ability to use standard desktop load applications such as Microsoft Office and internet functions * Ability to work flexible hours * Excellent customer relationship skills * Ability to analyze and interpret basic sales reports * High School Diploma or equivalent --*We Offer:** Full-time employment * Opportunity for advancement within a progressive organization * Competitive compensation package which includes salary * Family health benefits * Company pension plan. * We are now offering a personal finance training program through Enriched Academy for all our employees --*Please submit your resume today*--*Please note: *If we like your resume, you will receive an email asking you to take a quick 5-minute questionnaire from Predictive Index.
