Who We’re Looking For Associate Director, Paid Search to oversee multiple Pod teams, lead strategy, and drive unmatched performance. What You’ll Do Support Strategy: Oversee client strategy to meet performance objectives and align with Clever’s vision. Coach the Team: Mentor and manage a high‑performing Pod of 8-12 performance marketers, ensuring motivation and alignment. Client Performance: Optimize large‑scale budgets, maximizing investment and meeting benchmarks. Department Support: Plan key goals with the Senior Director and manage individual OKRs. Raise the Bar: Lead OKR/KPI management, P&L, SOP development, analytics collaboration, and resource planning. Qualifications 8+ years in Paid Search advertising. Advanced Google Ads expertise. Managed >$1M/month spend. 4+ years managing 3+ team members. 2+ years agency experience preferred. Strong English command, located in Canada. Bonus Points Google Ads for home improvement companies.
