En hypercroissance depuis plus de 3 ans, Spacefoot S.A.S recherche afin de renforcer ses équipes, les futurs talents qui viendront accompagner les différentes activités et participer à l’aventure humaine. C’est aujourd’hui la Team E-commerce qui recherche dès que possible afin de développer l’offre de l'un de ses sites marchands trek-expert.
Un(e) alternant(e) ou stagiaire de fin de cycle (H/F)
Pour contribuer à la gestion du site marchand dédié à l’un de nos sites marchands en France et à l'international. Rattaché(e) au Head of Product Management ainsi qu’au e-store manager senior, vous participerez au développement de l’activité e-commerce B2C du Groupe SPACEFOOT SAS, passionné(e) et pratiquant(e) de randonnées et de trek.
Vos missions seront les suivantes pour l’animation du site marchand :
- Catalogue : Créer et alimenter le catalogue :
- Accroître le référencement de produits sur le site
- Participer à l'intégration de produit sur le site
- Réaliser de la veille sur le site pour améliorer la qualification du catalogue vélo
- SMO : Accroître le trafic de nos sites e-commerce depuis les réseaux sociaux :
- Produire, valoriser et publier des contenus exclusifs et innovants en lien avec les fournisseurs
- Mise en place de jeux concours originaux et de partenariats avec les influenceurs et les marques du secteur
- Renforcer notre e-réputation et créer une communauté active
- SEA : Augmenter le trafic et améliorer notre visibilité grâce à l’achat de publicité :
- Création et gestion des campagnes (FB Ads, Google Ads…)
- Suivi du ROI (rapport de performance) – coûts, conversions, trafic
- Analyse e-marketing et report quotidien
- SEO : Améliorer le référencement naturel :
- Optimisation des fiches produits, des descriptions de catégories, rédaction d’articles
- Acquisition de backlinks (stratégie de netlinking), cibler et améliorer les mots clés de nos pages
- E-mailing : élaboration et conception de newsletters
- Mise en place des offres commerciales selon la saisonnalité, les nouveautés des marques et les évènements à venir en collaboration avec l’équipe marketing et design
- Report : suivi des ventes, CA, audiences, coûts selon les objectifs
- Reporting quotidien et closing mensuel (KPI, Analytics…)
- Analyse des ventes, de l’impact de nos actions et offres marketing (engagement, clics, coûts, audience…)
- International : Participation au plan marketing et communication pour le développement de nos stores à l’étranger.
Votre profil pour réussir votre mission :
- Vous avez un esprit entrepreneurial, proactif, autonome et engagé(e) dans vos actions
- Vous êtes passionné(e) et pratiquant de trek et de randonnées (obligatoire)
- Vous maîtrisez le pack office
- Vous possédez une bonne connaissance du digital et des techniques webmarketing : SEO, SEA et SMO
- Une expérience réussie dans l’E-commerce serait un plus
- Bon niveau en anglais et/ou espagnol
- Aisance relationnelle (téléphone, rendez-vous) et qualités rédactionnelles
- Curiosité & capacité d’adaptation à un marché en constante évolution
- Expérience significative réussie en tant que commercial
- Vous êtes en fin de cursus minimum Master 1
