Main Responsibilities- Assign Sales Tasks: Delegate duties to sales workers to ensure efficient workflow and maximize customer satisfaction.
- Authorize Returns: Process returns of merchandise according to company policies.
- Sales Performance: Meet or exceed sales targets by promoting products and providing excellent customer service.
- Reporting: Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters to inform business decisions.
- Issue Resolution: Address customer complaints, supply shortages, and other issues that may arise in a professional and timely manner.
- Inventory Management: Organize and maintain accurate inventory levels to prevent stockouts and overstocking.
