We are a growing company with a strong team culture, looking to add a dedicated HVAC Service Technician to join our skilled workforce.Position Summary:We are currently seeking a Full-Time HVAC Service Technician with 2-3 years of hands-on experience in residential and/or light commercial HVAC systems. The ideal candidate will be licensed for gas work and have a strong foundation in troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining HVAC systems. YOU MUST BE LOCATED IN THE GTA (ONTARIO, CANADA)Responsibilities:Diagnose and repair heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems (including furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, and rooftop units)Perform scheduled preventive maintenanceProvide excellent customer service by clearly explaining work performed and system conditionsEnsure all work is performed in compliance with relevant codes and safety standardsMaintain accurate records of work completed, parts used, and hours workedRespond to service calls in a timely and professional mannerQualifications:2-3 years of HVAC service experienceValid Gas Technician License (G2 or G1) - requiredHVAC certification from a recognized trade school or apprenticeship programValid driver's license with a clean driving recordAbility to work independently and manage time effectivelyStrong diagnostic and troubleshooting skillsExcellent communication and customer service skillsAssets (not required):313D or 313A refrigeration licenseODP (Ozone Depletion Prevention) CertificationExperience with smart home systems or HVAC controlsWhat We Offer:Competitive hourly wage (based on experience and certifications)Company vehicle and fuel cardUniforms and company-paid PPEHealth and dental benefitsOngoing training and developmentOpportunity to grow within the companyHow to Apply:Please send your resume and a brief cover letter to with the subject line "HVAC Service Technician Application - Your Name ".
