To know more, visit us at About the role We are currently seeking a reliable and motivated Administrative Assistant to join our dynamic team in Concord. In this full-time, entry-level position, you'll play a key role in keeping operations running smoothly by handling a variety of administrative tasks. Whether it's organizing documentation or maintaining clear communication between teams, your support will help ensure our projects stay on track. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and is eager to build a foundation in office administration. Your Key Responsibilities Provide general administrative support to the Installation Department Organize and maintain digital and physical files and records Prepare and process work orders, reports, and documentation Ensure accuracy and timeliness in all administrative tasks Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion Ensure database information is readily accessible and accurate. Skills and Attributes: Strong problem-solving, and customer service skills. Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proficient with technology. Excellent communication skills, resilience, and self-motivation. Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. Qualifications: Must be available to work Monday through Friday from 8 am to 4pm. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools. Previous administrative experience is preferred Why Join Us?
