We are expanding our advisory team and seeking a motivated, relationship-driven Insurance & Investment Advisor who is passionate about sales, prospecting, and providing excellent client service. What We’re Looking For We’re seeking someone who is enthusiastic about building a meaningful career in financial services. The ideal candidate is: Sales-driven with a strong desire to succeed and exceed goals Comfortable with cold outreach, networking, and prospecting to build a strong client pipeline A natural people person who communicates clearly and builds trust easily Self-motivated and accountable, with the discipline to manage your schedule and activities Coachable and eager to expand their knowledge on financial planning, insurance concepts, investment strategies and life/legacy services Professional and ethical, always putting the client’s best interest first Entrepreneurial with a desire to build a book of business and long-term income Community-oriented, excited to engage in local Oakville/Burlington events, meet clients, and build relationships in the community What You Will Do Build and manage a pipeline of prospective clients through networking, outreach, referrals, and community engagement Conduct comprehensive fact-finding to understand clients’ financial goals, risk tolerance, insurance/investment and life and legacy planning needs Recommend customized solutions including life, health, disability, critical illness insurance, and a variety of investment products, for individuals and groups Maintain strong ongoing client relationships to support retention, cross-selling opportunities, and long-term planning Educate clients on financial strategies, insurance products, wealth management concepts and legacy planning products in a clear and professional manner Stay informed on industry developments, compliance requirements, and product updates Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets aligned with company growth objectives What You Bring Industry Experience: Prior insurance, investment, or financial-services experience Proven Sales Performance in the Industry: Minimum 2 years of experience in outbound sales with a track record of exceeding targets and driving revenue growth Hunting Mentality: A relentless drive for results, competitive spirit, and passion for prospecting and securing new business Relationship Builder: Strong communication skills and the ability to develop lasting client relationships Insurance License: LLQP licensed OR willing to become licensed Entrepreneurial Mindset: A self-starter who thrives in a performance-driven environment with high earning potential Professionalism: Ability to present yourself confidently and pleasantly, with strong ethics, integrity, and client‑first decision‑making Fully commission based competitive compensation structure with strong earning potential Ongoing mentorship and easy access to senior advisor Access to established carrier and product partnerships Supportive team environment focused on collaboration and growth Modern Oakville office with opportunities for community‑based networking Clear advancement opportunities as the firm continues to expand How to Apply If you're driven, people‑oriented, and excited to build a rewarding career in insurance and investment advisory, we’d love to hear from you.
