We hope you’ll join usWe are seeking a Manager, Health and Safety to ensure our organization remains fully compliant with health and safety regulations and internal standards. This role is critical in maintaining a safe work environment across all sites and fostering a strong culture of compliance.What You’ll DoEnsure compliance with WorkSafe BC regulations, fire codes, and other applicable safety standardsMaintain and improve the company’s health and safety program to meet regulatory requirementsOversee health and safety governance structures and committees across all workplacesConduct regular audits and inspections to verify compliance and identify areas for improvementDeliver training for health and safety committee members and supervisorsLead MSI assessments and confirm appropriate control measures are in placeInvestigate incidents and ensure corrective actions are implementedCollaborate with internal teams to address hazards and present compliance-focused recommendationsManage workplace injuries and support return-to-work programsEnsure annual evaluations of health and safety programs are completedMaintain consistent quality in first‑aid programs and emergency response plansTrack and analyze health and safety data and report findings to managementWhat We’re Looking ForWillingness to work full‑time on‑site5+ years of experience as an OH&S PractitionerDiploma or Certificate in OH&SFirst Aid CertificationStrong knowledge of WorkSafe BC regulationsExcellent organizational and documentation skillsStrong communication skills (verbal and written)Proficiency with MS OfficeWhy Join Us?Be part of a team committed to safety and complianceCollaborate across departments to maintain safe workplacesMake a meaningful impact by ensuring regulatory adherence and reducing riskWe inspire possibilities, make shopping ridiculously easy, and help create special moments at home.
