Job Description About Helio Urban Development We're a design-build company specializing in small multi-unit developments (4-12 units) optimized for CMHC MLI Select. We build every project ourselves using standardized, modular designs—same floor plans, same electrical loads, same simple residential systems. We need an electrical engineer for occasional contract work as our projects scale. Clean, fast electrical packages for straightforward residential buildings. (Electrical) licensed in Nova Scotia + Certificate of Compliance 3+ years residential electrical design experience Proficient with electrical design software and photometric analysis tools Proven track record of clean electrical permits in NS municipalities Available for occasional 5-7 day turnarounds Major Bonus Multi-discipline capability: If you can also handle HVAC, structural, or plumbing engineering, we have significantly more contract work available.
