Advisor, Business development and sales support Join to apply for the Advisor, Business development and sales support role at Desjardins. Responsibilities Establish a consulting relationship by identifying current or potential needs and promoting customer retention. Advise partners, stakeholders or members and customers regarding the products, services or solutions offered and ensure their satisfaction. Analyze and respond to customer needs, process requests and ensure the required follow‑ups. Collect, gather and analyze information, write reports and recommendations. Keep abreast of new developments related to standards, products or services in your field of activity. Drive results by reviewing information requests and helping promote and sell products and services based on client needs and your unit’s business objectives and strategies. Ensure member/client satisfaction and service quality in accordance with the organization’s standards and procedures. Qualifications College diploma in a related field. A minimum of one year of relevant experience. Knowledge of French is required. Action oriented, customer focus, adaptability, drive results, nimble learning.
