As a Risk Rating Specialist, you’ll gain valuable exposure to financial statements across a wide range of industries and work hands‑on with model‑based risk rating tools. Responsibilities Analyzing and interpreting company financial statements (Balance Sheet, Income Statement, and Cash Flow) Inputting accurate financial data into the risk rating model to generate Borrower Risk Ratings (BRR) Applying adjustments and creating revised financial statements as required Identifying intercompany transactions and performing appropriate eliminations for consolidated results Ensuring quality and accuracy while meeting daily productivity targets Supporting the Manager, Risk Rating with additional duties as needed What You Bring to the Team Must‑Have Skills Strong understanding of financial statements and basic accounting principles Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word) Excellent accuracy and attention to detail Ability to work efficiently in a high‑volume, high‑pressure environment Soft Skills Results‑oriented and detail‑focused Accountable and able to work independently or as part of a team Positive, inclusive attitude and openness to feedback Strong organizational and time‑management abilities Sound Like You?
