What is the Opportunity?

The Enterprise Liquidity Risk Measurement (ELRM) team is responsible for enterprise-wide measurement and analysis of liquidity risk at RBC and for supporting executives and businesses in critical decision-making and shaping RBC’s liquidity risk profile.

In the position of Director of ELRM, you will lead state-of-the-art liquidity risk measurement practice, ensure strategic development of the bank’s risk measurement capabilities, and shape the bank's risk management capabilities and practices. • Ensure timely and accurate production of liquidity risk metrics for both internal and external users.
  • Provide insights and analysis of the changes in the bank’s liquidity risk profile to businesses, senior management, and executives.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements for liquidity measurement.
  • Support business partners across the organization and act as a center of expertise for liquidity measurement in RBC.
  • Manage the enterprise liquidity measurement team, set up individual and team goals, and provide coaching to team members.
  • Lead enhancements and ongoing improvements to the liquidity risk measurement processes, practices, and systems.
  • Manage regulatory relations and liaise with OSFI, advocating RBC's interests in the development and implementation of regulatory rules.

  • Experience with managing teams.
