Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

Your role will involve a mix of collaboration, communication and creativity to connect with others as you promote the Timberline brand. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:


New Business

  1. Collaborate with teammates and support the firm's Business Development efforts
  2. Assist with the coordination and creation of proposal and qualification submissions, ensuring exceptional quality
  3. Prepare engaging packages and presentations that wow for meetings and interviews
  4. Coordinate and attend interview prep sessions
  5. Assist in managing the CRM database updates

Internal & External Communications

  1. Help drive social media presence by developing engaging, video-forward content and new ideas for project, event and personnel announcements
  2. Assist in managing website updates
  3. Design eye-catching advertisements and materials including banners, promo items, brochures, ads, signage and more
  4. Design & manage the print process for construction project signage
  5. Manage the monthly internal photo contest, communications board & slideshow in client facing area
  6. Assist with Internal Communication development and executing of announcements & newsletters

Marketing Collateral Development, Organization & Management

  1. Maintain a well-organized marketing drive with up-to-date files and materials
  2. Create & manage updates for employee resumes using the marketing template
  3. Create & manage updates for project sheets
  4. Manage brochure & collateral updates noting important milestones
  5. Manage & order inventory of promotional items and printed stock materials
  6. Assist in the development and design of templates for social media, proposals and presentations
  7. Build relationships with vendors, printers, and media contacts to coordinate production, cost, turn-around time and delivery

Events

  1. Bring energy and enthusiasm while participating in promotional activities, organizations and/or trade shows
  2. Draft design materials to be displayed at trade shows or events
  3. Coordinate events, both internal and external, including researching vendors, venue coordination, invitation distribution and tracking attendance
  4. Conduct e-surveys when recommended

Photography & Project Promotion

  1. Help to manage photography calendar and booking sessions
  2. Organize, edit and size final photos for external use
  3. Visit sites to document and communicate about project progress

QUALIFICATIONS

  1. Attention to detail and proof-reading skills a must
  2. Organized and able to manage multiple concurrent tasks and assignments
  3. Social media knowledge & video content creation capabilities
  4. Graphic design skills
  5. Collaborative team player
  6. Strong written, verbal communication and presentation skills
  7. HTML, WordPress and/or Content Management system experience a plus
  8. (CRM) Marketing database experience is a plus
  9. Organizational involvement is a plus
  10. Bachelor's Degree in Marketing/Management, Communications, or Public Relations related degrees preferred
  11. 1-2 years of experience, in Marketing for architectural, engineering, construction or commercial real estate firm is a plus
  12. Advanced Microsoft Office Suite, advanced proficiency in Adobe Professional and InDesign, Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop
