With a heavy focus on First Truck Roll Success and RGU Yield, we are investing in the Business Sales Support & Order Readiness team, which is focused on supporting our Sales channels and our customers to ensure seamless delivery of our unmanaged Wireline products. In this role, you will have the opportunity to shape our processes and support exciting transformational projects across our various products and work-streams. This is a unique opportunity offering diverse exposure and experience across the Wireline customer value chain including Order Entry, Customer Readiness, Transfer of Business Ownership, Field Technician Support, and Order Fallout Recovery.

As a Senior Business Analyst, you will play a key role in the planning, execution, and end-to-end delivery of key strategic and transformational programs across our Wireline Back-Office teams. Areas of responsibility will be analyzing and interpreting data, owning and continuously improving work processes, performing business impact analysis, documenting business requirements, process documentation, creating business case assessments, leading project delivery, and ensuring appropriate readiness for our team members. • Manage process and system changes: Oversee corporate and business unit initiatives, including requirements definition, business case development, risk assessment/resolution, stakeholder presentations, documentation, UAT testing, and go-to-market activities
• Data analysis and story-telling: Leverage our reporting resources to extract and analyze data, with which you will build meaningful visualizations to guide direction and prioritization of key improvement initiatives
• Continuous improvement: Review process activities to identify anomalies or opportunities for efficiency gains and enhanced risk mitigation
• Drive key business opportunities: Implement and execute initiatives to improve processes, streamline delivery, and increase team productivity and quality of interactions
• Intermediary role: Act as a liaison between project teams and the organization, gathering and analyzing business requirements, and overseeing the design, development, and delivery of processes and projects
• Stakeholder engagement: Lead and facilitate meetings with cross-functional stakeholders, applying leadership skills to remove obstacles and resolve conflicts
• Organizational change management: Lead programs with a focus on effective change management practices to ensure successful implementation and sustainability

What you bring:

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills: Capable of generating multiple solutions to any problem, with strong business analysis skills including quantitative and qualitative analysis
• Project delivery expertise: Proven ability to successfully deliver end-to-end people, technology, and operation projects, clearing impediments along the way, with 3+ years of project management/business analysis knowledge and experience
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills: Flexible style to lead, motivate, and influence, fostering good working relationships at multiple organizational levels, with excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Organizational and planning skills: Highly developed personal planning and organizational skills, effectively setting priorities, negotiating, initiating, planning, and organizing activities to meet deliverables with minimal guidance
• Technical proficiency: Knowledge in Microsoft Office and Google Suite

Great-to-haves:

• Business Analysis or Project Management certifications
• Experience with database systems and data visualization (Tableau, LookerStudio, etc.)
• Knowledge of unmanaged wireline business products and associated order processing systems
• Experience managing transformative projects or initiatives
• Bilingual in English and French

Advanced knowledge of English is required because you will most of the time as part of this position's main responsibilities given its national scope.

Salary Range: $72,000-$108,000

Performance Bonus or Sales Incentive Plan: 12%
