As a Digital Designer you’ll be at the core of our mission. Here are the main responsibilities: Translate strategic direction into visually engaging designs across digital platforms such as social media, mobile apps, websites, and animation. Design and produce visually compelling graphic design materials such as brochures, infographics, reports, presentations, and print collateral. Collaborate with marketing and communications teams and the Production Manager to ensure designs are consistent with brand guidelines and overall aesthetics, and project requirements. Liaise with internal resources and external vendors on various design projects. Work with the Production Manager to meet the required delivery timelines. Contribute to creative ideation and campaign brainstorming. Stay current with design trends, tools, and technologies relevant to financial services and digital media to ensure designs are innovative and relevant. Support the development of design systems and templates for scalable content creation. Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and maintaining high standards. We’re looking for someone who: Is known for their expert ability to translate requirements and ideas into designs for digital and print materials. Has a strong understanding of brand consistency and visual hierarchy. Demonstrates strong expertise in utilizing design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects) to create high-quality digital content and assets for web, social media, print, and presentations. Strong PowerPoint proficiency is required. Has experience in videography and related areas, including conceptualizing and storyboarding engaging digital/video content. Can manage multiple design projects and produce high-quality digital assets. Displays excellent organizational skills and the ability to work with minimal supervision. Earned a Bachelor’s degree or certificate in graphic design, digital media, visual communications, or a related field. Has 5+ years of experience in digital and graphic design, preferably with experience working with financial services firms (directly or with a creative or marketing agency). What Would Be Considered An Asset But Not Required: General knowledge of financial services or mutual fund industry experience. Bilingualism in French, both written and verbal communication.
