Key Responsibilities: Leadership & Team Management:

Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing production team to drive operational success. Production Throughput:

Oversee daily production operations to ensure efficiency, quality, and on-time delivery of products. Continuous Improvement:

Implement lean manufacturing and process improvement initiatives to optimize efficiency and reduce waste. Maintenance & Facility Management:

Work closely with maintenance teams to ensure machinery and infrastructure are operating at peak performance. Compliance & Safety:

Ensure all operations comply with health & safety regulations, food industry standards, and environmental policies. Stakeholder Engagement:

Communicate effectively with senior leadership, investors, and cross-functional teams to align operational strategies with business goals. Strategic Growth:

Drive operational scalability as the company expands, identifying areas for technological advancement and automation.

Qualifications & Experience: Proven experience in a

Plant Manager or Senior Production Leadership role

within the food manufacturing industry. Strong people management skills with the ability to

motivate and develop teams . Hands-on leader with a

proactive and problem-solving mindset . Deep knowledge of

production planning, lean manufacturing, and continuous improvement methodologies . Experience managing

maintenance operations

within a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Exceptional communication and leadership skills with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels. A track record of

delivering operational efficiency and driving change .
