Job Purpose:The Digital Innovation Manager will join the Canadian Digital Innovation and Customer Engagement (DICE) team as a critical business partner to support the creation and execution of the digital roadmap for Biogen's TAs and products, development, execution and optimization of omnichannel assets, journeys, and campaigns.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with local brand teams to develop and optimize customer engagement plans with a focus on customer segmentation and personalization.
- Support creative/graphic design and copywriting experience to develop marketing/medical campaigns in an agile manner.
- Establish KPIs for campaign performance, including reporting and insights gathering to inform cross-functional partners.
- Champion customer engagement plans, customer journeys, and moments of truth across business partners.
- Oversee digital ecosystem, data connections, and reporting tools to ensure adequate measuring framework.
- Research and analyze market trends and competitors to establish actionable insights.
- Perform company business in compliance with regulations, policies, and procedures.
- All other duties required.
Qualifications:
EducationBachelor's degree in a relevant field is required.
ExperienceMore than 5 years of experience in an agency or as a freelancer servicing clients in the life sciences/pharmaceutical space in Canada/US.
Language(s)Fluent in English, verbal and written, with proficiency in French an asset.
SkillsA good understanding of the Life Sciences/pharmaceutical commercial model, Canada's regulatory landscape, and digital platforms.
