In this role, you will help deliver high-quality services that support clients in strengthening governance, internal audit, managing risk, and improving performance.What You Will DoLead the planning, execution and reporting of various GRCS engagements with a focus on internal audit and enterprise risk managementManage projects to meet client expectations, timelines and quality standardsConduct risk assessments and develop tailored audit plansOversee fieldwork and testing activities with a focus on value and insightReview and finalize audit reports and presentations for senior stakeholdersSupport and coach team members to build skills and confidenceFoster strong client relationships and contribute to engagement successCollaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver integrated solutionsWhat You Bring To The RoleBachelor’s degree in business, finance, accounting or a related field6 to 8 years of experience in internal audit, risk or complianceDemonstrated ability to lead internal audit engagementsExperience working across industries and sectors, including private, public and/or regulated organizationsStrong understanding of governance and accountability frameworksProfessional designation such as CPA, CIA or CRMAClear and confident communication and leadership skillsAbility to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environmentProviding you with the support you need to be at your bestOur Values, The KPMG WayIntegrity, Excellence, Courage, Together, For BetterKPMG in Canada is a proud equal opportunities employer and we are committed to creating a respectful, inclusive and barrier-free workplace that allows all of our people to reach their full potential.
