Senior Manager, Governance, Risk and Compliance ServicesAt KPMG, you’ll join a team of diverse and dedicated problem solvers, connected by a common cause turning insight into opportunity for clients and communities around the world.What You Will DoOversee and own the planning, execution and delivery of various GRCS engagements with a focus on internal audit and enterprise risk management for clients across private and public sectors, including Crown corporations and regulated industriesLead large-scale or complex projects with multiple stakeholders and teamsDevelop and review risk assessments and audit strategies tailored to client needsPresent findings and recommendations to senior leadership and audit committeesMentor and coach team members to support their development and performanceBuild and maintain trusted relationships with key client decision-makersIdentify and pursue opportunities to expand services and support business growthCollaborate with leadership and cross-functional teams to deliver integrated solutionsLead complex projects, guide teams, and contribute to strategic growth while helping clients strengthen governance, internal audit, manage risk, and improve performanceWhat You Bring To The RoleBachelor’s degree in business, finance, accounting or a related field8 or more years of experience in internal audit, risk or complianceProven success leading internal audit engagements at a senior levelExperience working across industries and sectors including private, public and/or regulated organizationsDeep understanding of governance, risk and accountability frameworksProfessional designation such as CPA, CIA or CRMAStrong leadership, communication and strategic thinking skillsAbility to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environmentOur ValuesIntegrity, we do what is right | Excellence, we never stop learning and improving | Courage, we think and act boldly | Together, we respect each other and draw strength from our differences | For Better, we do what mattersKPMG in Canada is a proud equal opportunities employer and we are committed to creating a respectful, inclusive and barrier-free workplace that allows all of our people to reach their full potential.
