About The Role Join a team where your work truly matters. eHealth Saskatchewan is seeking a Lab Services Administrator to join our Provincial Programs portfolio. Reporting to the Manager, Programs (Laboratory Services), this role plays a key part in managing the electronic lab distribution process and ensuring that laboratory information flows accurately and efficiently across the health system. You will work closely with EMR vendors, healthcare partners, and internal teams to support system integrity, maintain data accuracy, and ensure successful delivery of laboratory results to downstream systems. This is an exciting opportunity to apply your analytical, organizational, and communication skills in a role that directly impacts patient care and health service delivery. What You’ll Do Validate Electronic Medical Record (EMR) providers and maintain provider data integrity. Manage the electronic lab distribution schedule, including adding lab codes to the appropriate application (EMC), activating codes, and communicating with EMR vendors and health system partners. Monitor and triage support tickets, manage the group email inbox, and assign issues as required. Participate in the creation and updating of work standards and process documentation. Conduct testing activities related to system upgrades, updates, or new implementations. Generate reports and statistics on labs being electronically delivered to downstream systems. Manage uploads, discrepancy resolution, mapping, and verification of providers for interfacing projects. Schedule and coordinate EMR implementations and communicate milestones with vendors, SHA, and eHealth teams. Verify lab result delivery through collaboration with EMR administrators across the province. What You’ll Bring To The Team Proficiency in Microsoft Office products and comfort working with data systems. Post‑secondary education such as a CHIM credential, Associate or Post graduate degree in Business Administration, Health Information Management, or a related clinical field. Previous experience in the healthcare or clinical environment is an asset. A combination of relevant education and experience may be considered.
