Accommodation for applicants with disabilities will be made during the recruitment process when requested.ResponsibilitiesAnswer and direct incoming calls in a prompt, professional and courteous mannerBook and coordinate meetings and create and distribute meeting minutesManage incoming and outgoing mail, resource room schedules, various Excel spreadsheets and training materialsEnsure that employee and equipment time is recorded and enteredCreate documentation such as client reports, presentations and proposals as requiredReceive and validate invoices, assist with accounts payable viewing/coding and approvalsLiaise with subtrades and project personnel towards ensuring project pre-requisites are in placeManage and track jobsite attendance and coordinate personnel data-tracking protocolsEnsure project and personnel data is compiled, tracked and updated accuratelyQualificationsYou have 2-4 years of administrative experienceA diploma or post-secondary in Administration or Accounting would be considered an assetYou have a strong focus on customer service with a pleasant phone mannerYou have the ability to quickly develop working relationships with a broad range of individuals, both internally and externallyExcellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to maintain a professional demeanor at all times with fellow employees, clients, service providers and suppliersYou have CISD Secret clearance or are eligible to obtain itPosition is located in Cold Lake, ABEmployment detailsSeniority level: Entry levelEmployment type: Full-timeJob function: Project Management and Information TechnologyIndustries: ConstructionWe welcome people of any age, culture, and background.
