Job Requirements:
  • The Service Delivery Specialist (SDS) acts as the primary point of contact between the EOS delivery team and customer stakeholders, ensuring seamless service requests and support throughout the request lifecycle.
  • Possessing a deep understanding of customer business objectives, goals, and challenges is essential to offering innovative solutions that drive value.
  • SDS serves as an escalation point for technical issues related to the EOS customer landscape, providing expert guidance and support.
  • The SDS is the primary contact from the EOS delivery teams in various service areas, including Service Request Fulfilment, Incident Management, Event Management, and Problem Management.
  • A strong background in SAP technologies, such as SAP NetWeaver, Web Dispatcher, BusinessObjects solutions, Convergent, is required.
  • Familiarity with hyperscalers, networks, and virtual technologies, including load balancers and virtual machines, is also necessary.
  • SAP Technologies and Products expertise, with preferred certification, is a key requirement.
  • The ability to manage operational tasks, handle customer escalations, and drive process improvements is crucial.
  • This role requires a high level of analytical and solution-oriented thinking, combined with excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
