Committed to innovation, customer support, and technical expertise, they continue to expand their market presence across Western Canada.This position is responsible for providing on-site technical support, training, and product demonstrations to retailers, contractors, and end users.The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, construction, flooring, or waterproofing, combined with excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills. If you are a motivated professional looking for an opportunity to work with an industry-leading company, apply today to join a team dedicated to innovation and customer satisfaction.Duties and ResponsibilitiesProvide on-site product training and technical support to contractors, retailers, and installers.Conduct product demonstrations at retail locations to educate staff and customers.Assist in troubleshooting installation issues and recommend best practices for product applications.Support sales efforts by building relationships with customers and addressing product inquiries.Update the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system daily with relevant information and updates.Report to the Sales Manager regarding customer feedback, training effectiveness, and merchandising improvements.Represent the company at trade shows, contractor events, and industry seminars.Gather feedback from the field to support product development and customer service enhancements.Maintain knowledge of industry trends and competitor products to provide informed recommendations.EducationA diploma or degree in Business, Sales, Construction, or a related field is preferred.QualificationsWillingness to travel frequently within the assigned region.Ability to travel into the United States for national trade shows.Valid driver’s license and access to a reliable vehicle.ExperienceMinimum of 2 years in a sales, technical support, or construction-related role.Previous experience in the flooring, waterproofing, or home improvement industry is an asset.Experience working with contractors and retailers is highly preferred.SkillsStrong presentation and public speaking abilities.Excellent organizational and time management skills.Ability to troubleshoot technical issues effectively.Strong relationship-building skills to foster customer loyalty.Detail-oriented with the ability to maintain accurate records in CRM systems.Base Salary: $55,000 base per yearCar allowance of $300 per month.Company credit card to cover gas and travel expenses while performing job duties.Work Hours: 40 hours per weekRemote WorkThis position is remote (work from home) and requires travel and on-site work with customers.Additional NotesThis opportunity does not include relocation.
