The branch understands customer needs, promotes products, and ensures a positive customer experience while managing regulatory guidelines.ResponsibilitiesPlay a key role in advising customers on high‑level financial solutions from investment and credit banking solutions.Engage with customers by asking thoughtful financial questions and create positive experiences to retain and deepen relationships.Increase customer financial confidence by providing personalized financial advice, answering questions, and addressing concerns; raising matters to team members or partners while maintaining confidentiality and accuracy.Act as a point of contact for frontline staff in handling customer problems.Maintain a professional space in common areas per marketing and regulatory guidelines.Work closely with existing and prospective customers to provide financial reviews, discuss portfolio updates, and suggest additional personalized solutions based on their financial goals.Stay knowledgeable about emerging issues, evolving regulations, and industry codes of conduct; participate in process improvement opportunities to protect the organization’s interests.Strive to achieve and improve service level agreements and productivity targets.Ensure documents are prepared consistent with relevant regulations and properly reflect business intentions.Participate fully as a team member, help build a positive and diverse work environment, mentor others, and address communication issues efficiently.QualificationsHigh school diploma and/or 1 year of relevant experience.Post‑secondary or undergraduate degree in a related field is an asset.Completion of IFIC or equivalent required.CFSA must be completed within 12 months, if hired.Real estate secured lending and/or investment experience an asset.Sound knowledge of advanced investing and credit processes, banking solutions, and concepts to provide personalized advice in a fast‑paced environment.Proficiency in software tools including MS Office and internet applications.Tactful communicator, able to exchange ideas and customer information concisely and logically.A self‑initiator with strong organizational, planning, and time‑management skills.MobilityThis opportunity includes a mobility clause requiring the candidate to be mobile within the assigned district.
