What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Serve as the primary point of contact for a segment of Enterprise customers
- Develop and maintain strong customer relationships with strategic accounts
- Collaborate with customers to create and execute event success plans
- Advocate for customer feature requests and work with cross-functional teams
- Monitor and report on analytics, metrics, and KPIs for assigned portfolio
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Customer Success or Account Management in a SaaS organization
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Highly organized with the ability to balance multiple priorities
- Strong presentation and business acumen
- Proactive interest in increasing customer satisfaction and deepening relationships
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Fluency in Google Drive products and Apple iOS
- Experience in event planning, marketing strategy, or digital marketing
