What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

  1. Serve as the primary point of contact for a segment of Enterprise customers
  2. Develop and maintain strong customer relationships with strategic accounts
  3. Collaborate with customers to create and execute event success plans
  4. Advocate for customer feature requests and work with cross-functional teams
  5. Monitor and report on analytics, metrics, and KPIs for assigned portfolio

What is Required (Qualifications):

  1. Minimum 5 years of experience in Customer Success or Account Management in a SaaS organization
  2. Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  3. Highly organized with the ability to balance multiple priorities
  4. Strong presentation and business acumen
  5. Proactive interest in increasing customer satisfaction and deepening relationships

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):

  1. Fluency in Google Drive products and Apple iOS
  2. Experience in event planning, marketing strategy, or digital marketing
