The Role As a Management Trainee, you will progress through a 4‑phase program to learn all aspects of the business – from shipping and receiving, counter sales, operations management, employee development, to leadership. Program Outline Phase 1: Warehouse and Customer Service – Build product knowledge, customer service, inventory, pricing, and financial controls. Phase 2: Customer Relationships and Procurement – Manage large‑scale project relationships, read drawings, and generate quotes. Phase 3: Account Management and Proactive Sales – Develop business opportunities, negotiate contracts, and grow customer partnerships. Phase 4: Leadership and Operations – Lead a team, mentor others, and set strategic vision and strategy. Upon completion, you will be prepared to lead a Canadian Profit Center location. Qualifications University degree or college diploma – all disciplines considered. Positive attitude and results‑oriented mindset. Desire to continuously learn and grow. Excellent leadership, customer service, and organizational skills. Strong work ethic and high integrity. Ability to work independently and in a team. Excellent communication skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office. Strong interest in sales. Valid driver’s license. Salary and Benefits Base Salary: $52,500 + Profit Sharing. Relocation assistance is available for candidates who need to relocate within Canada. Benefits include: health, dental, 401(k) plan, employee stock purchase program, tuition reimbursement, and more.
