The Role As a Project Coordinator reporting to the Senior Manager of Channel Transformation, you will play a key role in supporting the planning, execution, and delivery of projects that enhance retail store operations. This is an ideal opportunity for someone with strong organizational skills and a desire to grow in project management. Key Responsibilities Coordinate project activities, resources, and information Assist in the development of project plans and schedules Track project progress and update documentation accordingly Support communication between project stakeholders and teams Prepare reports, presentations, and meeting materials Help identify and resolve project issues and risks Maintain project documentation and ensure it is up to date Strong organizational and multitasking skills Detail‑oriented with a proactive approach to problem‑solving Ability to work collaboratively with cross‑functional teams Proficiency in Microsoft 365 suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook) Familiarity with project management tools and reporting platforms is an asset Education and Experience 1–2 years of experience in a coordination or administrative role, preferably in retail or telecommunications Post‑secondary education in business, communications, or a related field Exposure to project management methodologies is an asset Experience with SQL/SAS or reporting tools is a plus What You Will Get From Us Flexible hybrid work arrangements Health and dental benefits for you and your family, including virtual access 24/7 to health care professionals Investment options, including an Employees’ Savings Plan with financial contributions from Bell Career development through training and learning solutionsDiscounts on fitness, entertainment, and Bell products and services A culture committed to employee recognition and growth #EmployeeReferralProgram Adequate knowledge of French is required for positions in Quebec.
